Alessandro Cattaneo “Trilogy of Opposites”, NeP Editions

The eagerly awaited final chapter of the trilogy, this volume completes and deepens the concepts introduced in the previous "The Theory of Opposites" and "Opposites Attract," consolidating and developing the main themes addressed.
The work presents an original theoretical construction that conducts a radical investigation into the nature of reality, with the aim of fostering a path of intellectual and ethical liberation.
In this volume as well, the author takes on the challenge of guiding the reader beyond conventional thinking, towards a new form of awareness: that of a unity of being that manifests not despite opposites, but precisely through them.
Surpassing traditional interpretations based on separation or opposition, the work identifies the authentic core of truth in the original co-belonging of opposites.
From this perspective, even the most advanced science seems to approach, with new and rigorous tools, insights typical of ancient philosophy. 
The goal is to reconcile in a single theoretical horizon two of the most influential and seemingly irreconcilable visions: the dynamic becoming of Heraclitean thought and the Parmenidean conception of being as one, immutable, and eternal.
Within this framework, these perspectives do not exclude each other but represent two complementary and necessary poles of the same structure of reality. 
The methodological approach of the text intertwines mathematics, physics, philosophy, religion, statistics, and even artificial intelligence, proposing a unified vision of knowledge.
Every dualism is thus interpreted as a different manifestation of an indivisible reality, while the awareness of the unity of opposites emerges as a fundamental step in the evolution of the human mind.
The entire "Trilogy of Opposites" is conceived as an organic and coherent project, capable of restoring unity and completeness to the theoretical framework developed by the author. 
In this perspective, "The Unity of Opposites" represents the moment of conclusive synthesis, closing the entire conceptual circle outlined so far.

Alessandro Cattaneo (1971), graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Parma, engages in management activities for multinational companies operating in the construction of automatic machines for the food sector.
For NeP Editions, he published in 2026 the "Trilogy of Opposites," which includes the three volumes "The Theory of Opposites," "Opposites Attract," and "The Unity of Opposites."
