**Welcome, Reject, Oppose** The title of the book summarizes the Acts of the SITPA residential workshops: *Trauma, theoretical-clinical aspects and Listening in a complex society*. The presentations are the result of a study-in-depth activity carried out within the Research Group "Intersubjectivity, relational frameworks and clinical implications." A collective work that retraces the contributions offered by various Authors and, in particular, from the conceptualization of Relational Frameworks or interactive systems by Antonio Mastroianni in various forms. The fabric is outlined, in the first part of the writing, through an interweaving of "voices" related to the genesis and evolution of psychic suffering connected to trauma and "to care" understood as a creative reopening to being and becoming. The second part, in continuity with the previous one, is centered on psychoanalytically oriented listening. This is a theme that in a complex society, where various factors pervade communications/relationships (haste, multitasking, social networks, etc.), requires particular reflections and highlights the need, in the clinical field, to focus on a paradigm that highlights the specific and multiple facets inherent in the conscious and unconscious transactions of the therapeutic couple that act in the interactive field.
