What is individual competence? Freud highlighted the unconscious as an istance that conscience bars, but which has to take into account: an istance that continually comes to conscience, bypassing the barriers, before being rejected. In some Cases, among those that Freud decides to publish, patients use their unconscious to solute the pathology through the psychoanalytical method which Freud discovered after moving away from the hypnosis practiced until then together with other direct psychic therapies. Recognizing being himself called, Jacques Lacan takes up the question posed by Freud about the inevitability of pathological masochism, and he deals carefully with this, leaving us ample testimony: it was during the translation of his Écrits’ that Giacomo B. Contri – already an analysand of Lacan and at that time also a student – came to identify for his own work the issues unanswered by Lacan himself, until he was ready to publish Il pensiero di natura. Dalla psicoanalisi al pensiero giuridico. It is the juridical, as a matter of fact, as a conclusive thinking that analytical work allows us to unravel non fruitlessly, which is also able to resolve the economic issue outlined by Freud. Therefore essential is the lemma “work”, which includes the change of pace after establishing the crossroads. It is the main subject in this essay.

Marina Bilotta Membretti, after “Classico” high school, in 1981 graduated in Economics at “Bocconi University” in Milan, already working in the company where she still deals with organization and safety. Contri March 25, 2013 under the Law January 14, 2013 n. 4. In 2014 she self-published the essay Ereditare da un bambino. Perché no? on individual competence in the care of one’s thinking. In 2019 the online magazine www.tutorsalus.net, already launched in 2010, is included in the Special List of the “Ordine dei Giornalisti di Lombardia” (authorized by the Court of Milan n. 94/19). Since 2020 “TutorSalus.net” has been a registered trademark EU 2020/032 for EUIPO. Born in Milan, she is married and has three children.
