**Experiences of Young Therapists** When the clinical psychologist or psychiatrist, in psychoanalytic-oriented psychotherapy training, or at the end of this educational process, faces the patient, they must confront the unknown, what has not yet been represented and is instead acted out in various ways. The patient forces the young therapist to confront this unknown and to question whether the choice of the School of specialization and the structure of their own personality (with specific ways of defending themselves) are suitable for creating evolutionary transformations in the intrapsychic and interpsychic world of the bipersonal field that inhabits the psychotherapy room. The book gathers the clinical experience of former students who have just graduated or are already dealing with the profession of the analyst a few years after specializing in listening to the unconscious of their patients and themselves. In recent years, the magnifying glass has increasingly focused on the therapist's role in determining what happens in the patient's mind during sessions; previously, there was the monopersonal psychology of the patient that was explored by the analyzed mind of the analyst, today there is that of the therapist that is scrutinized by supervisors to understand how it intervenes in the psychoanalytic process of the analysand. This writing aims to provide the living bipersonal experience of what happens between patient and analyst at the beginning of the profession; the focus is on what makes us profoundly human, which distinguishes the interest of clinical psychologists and psychiatrists, willing to undergo years of personal analysis to become "more experienced" in their division between conscious and unconscious, in order to promote greater integration of their own Ego and subsequently that of their patients.
