The mother's experience takes on a character of strength and vitality, present here in the narrative of a diary that records the journey and captures sensations, desires, and hopes. The multidisciplinary contribution of various professionals (from the physiotherapist to the psychologist, from the head physician to the psychotherapist, from the nurse to the healthcare worker…) introduces dialogue and exchange, essential both in care and research, which progresses daily with new experiments. The text is open to the experiences of families, ready to support those living with the same challenges, as well as to initiatives and associations that allow for the exchange of suggestions and updates on new scientific research. Fear thus transforms into the desire to build a life path that eases suffering and leads to new milestones. The CRT (Regional Transplant Center), with its social service charter and organizational model, fosters an osmosis between the themes of care and those of life beyond life, offering a smile and an embrace through an organ or tissue essential for survival. Love and care achieve unexpected results and sometimes miracles: everything is possible through a gaze that welcomes and embraces life!
